• Orders are usually processed within 2 business day (Monday–Friday).
  You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships (tracking may take up to 48 hours to update).
• Otherwise, orders ship from Hong Kong, with an average delivery time of 8–12 days.
• In rare cases, delays may occur at customs or due to local conditions beyond our control.

Please ensure your shipping and billing information is correct at checkout to avoid delays. Once processed, orders cannot be modified or canceled.

If the courier deems a location unsafe, they may hold the package at a nearby office or attempt re-delivery. We recommend using an address where someone can sign for the package.

Once dispatched, MEGIR cannot accept liability for loss or damage. We encourage you to monitor your tracking and coordinate with your local courier. We will support you in case of issues, but refunds or replacements can only be processed after courier confirmation of return or investigation.

Any shipping issues must be reported within 14 days of receiving the order confirmation.
