A: Our watch factory is established in 2008, with over 15 years professional experience on watches line, provides excellent customized watch with competitive advantages.

Q: What is your MOQ?

For the CHANCE brand watches we have in stock, we accept orders of 50 pieces per color. You can order different color combinations by model.
For OEM orders with custom logos, the MOQ depends on different models. Generally, no less than 100 pieces per model and color.

Q: Can you provide sample first before I place mass production order?

A:Yes, samples are available for quality evaluation. The sample cost can be refunded or deducted from your bulk order once confirmed.

Q: How long is your warranty time?

A: We have our QC department. All the goods would be 100% inspected before shipment. Any problems that you find after receiving the goods, please contact us immediately for solutions. We provide 1 year warranty for the customize watches and 2 years for the movement from the date of delivery. We can repair the defect part for free and stand half of the freight.
